Booking Terms and Conditions

Bracken House has three tastefully decorated double guest rooms all with en-suite bathrooms and views overlooking the gardens and grounds and the undulating Devon countryside.  The grounds are available for use by guests with croquet on the lawn in the summer and there is direct access onto local footpaths and bridleways.

Pets are welcome by arrangement but cannot sleep in the rooms.

Supper can be provided by prior arrangement (minimum 24 hours notice please).

Open all year.

Afternoon Tea if between 4pm and 6pm (Complimentary on the day of arrival otherwise chargeable)

Single occupancy (50% of full rate plus £15 per night)	£55

Conditions

•  Deposits of 50% of the room rate for the period being booked will be payable to secure the booking or 100% if it is for a one night booking.

•  Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please be aware that once we have received your deposit, there exists a contract between us. Non arrivals will lose all of the deposit, for cancellations within 48 hours 20% will be refunded, 40% within 14 days and 70% within 28 days.

•  Payment: Cash or cheques made payable to RGH and SC Sherratt. We will shortly be accepting card payments.

•  Arrivals: Check in between 16.00 and 18.00 hrs and check out is by 11.00 on the morning.

•  Pets: Pets are welcome but may not sleep in the rooms.

There are a number of pubs and restaurants within easy reach.
